Announcement PDF 18 December 2023 ASX ANNOUNCEMENT: FND Listed Options FNDOB Findi Limited (ASX: FND) (Findi or the Company) advise holders of options listed on ASX (FNDOB) that options can be exercised at $0.90 per option into fully paid ordinary shares at any time before 5:00pm (WST) on 17 January 2024 (Expiry Date). These options entitle you to acquire one fully paid ordinary share in the capital of Findi Limited for each option you choose to exercise. A completed Notice of Exercise of Option together with payment of $0.90 per Option being exercised must be received by no later than 5:00pm (WST) on the Expiry Date.
