REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Dear Dean
Findi Limited (ASX:FND) (Findi) requests a voluntary suspension of its securities from the commencement of
trading on 22 June 2026 pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2.
This request has been authorised by the Board of Directors of the Company.
Reasons for the request for voluntary suspension
Findi is required under section 319 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and ASX Listing Rule 4.5.1 to lodge its
audited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 by 30 June 2026.
As previously disclosed, the Company is currently undertaking a strategic review of its operations and is
engaged in discussions regarding the reorganisation of certain financing arrangements.
These matters remain under consideration and are relevant to the Board’s assessment of the Company’s
financial position and the preparation and finalisation of the audited financial statements.
The Board requires additional time to consider these matters and complete the audit process. Accordingly,
the Company does not currently expect to be in a position to finalise and lodge its audited financial
statements by 30 June 2026.
The Company considers that continued trading in its securities pending resolution of these matters could
result in trading occurring on an uninformed basis.
Duration of voluntary suspension
The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place until the earlier of:
● the Company making an announcement regarding the outcome of the strategic review and related
financing discussions; and
● 22 July 2026.
Findi is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
Findi is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
Yours sincerely,
Thomas May
Joint Company Secretary
